Some 300 bars are taking part in this year’s London Cocktail Week so we’ve given you a round up of the Top 50 Cocktail Bars you can enjoy signature cocktails at. The wristband, purchased from the events website, entitles you to £7 speciality cocktails across the city.
Swift, Soho
On Old Compton Street you’ll find current number 2, Swift, a staple for any aficionado in London. The Soho chain will be serving 2 drinks throughout LCW, Raconteur, which combines Appleton Estate Signature Rum, passionfruit, honey, ginger, lemon juice and angostura bitters. And Ruffian which includes WhistlePig Piggyback Rye Whiskey, fig, maple syrup and Brazilian bitters.

Tayēr + Elementary, Shoreditch
Recently bursting onto the London cocktail scene, Tayēr + Elementary have made quite the name for themselves and are quickly rising to the top in the industry. Their White Peach Whiskey Sour combines Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon, Cocchi Americano, Tio Pepe Fino Sherry and citrus & white peach.

Satan’s Whiskers, Bethnal Green
The neighbourhood cocktail bar is no stranger to the Top 50s lists and even nabbed number one spot in 2019! Full to the brim with character, the team change their menu frequently so you’re likely to see new drinks every visit. This month the bar is serving up Coconut Margarita with Patron Silver Tequila, lime juice and double coconut.

Three Sheets. Dalston
Number 7 on this year’s list, Three Sheets is one of Dalston’s finest cocktail establishments. Seasonal menus mean the drinks are dependent on availability of ingredients making visits exciting as you never know what you’ll get. For LCW you are guaranteed to be served their Whisky Soda, Milk Washed Glenmorangie X Single Malt Scotch Whisky, clear lemon, vanilla, benzoin and soda.

Oriole, Farringdon
Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Oriole. The old colonial interiors will take you on an expedition of their outstanding menu. Their LCW drink is no exception, Colombo Sour uses Hennessy VS Cognac, mango yoghurt, roasted coconut juice, kaffir lime cordial and pink lemon foam. Their sister venue, Nightjar, will be serving a Grand Fizz, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, palomino sherry, coconut rum, feijoa wine and Franklin and Sons Grapefruit & Bergamot tonic.

🔶🟥🔵, or Shapes, is an artistic vision within the cocktail world, serving simplistic but unforgettable drinks. The menu usually features 12 cocktails, which are evenly split between six classics and a further six developed inhouse.

Disrepute, Soho
The golden clad art deco bar is one of Carnaby Street’s finest cocktail bars. 3 Cocktails will be on offer for Cocktail Week, Vive Le France! Which uses RinQuinQuin, pear eau de vie, elderflower, crème de violette and Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne. French Cocktail with Hennessy Cognac, croissant orgeat, cocoa bitters and pastis. Mauvias Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, sipello aperitif, lavender distillate, apricot brandy and Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne.

Looking for Irish hospitality in the heart of Islington? Look no further than Homeboy. The ‘goodtime’ bar has a focus on relaxed fun, good food and cocktails. This Cocktail Week they’ll be serving Golden Hour, Belvedere Vodka, Guinness and woodruff syrup. Topped with Moët & Chandon Champagne.

A nearly hidden gem, Opium is a cocktail bar come dim sum parlour in the heart of Chinatown. The bar is set over 3 floors behind the famous jade door. Sip on a Fortunella Sour with Fortunella Golden orange liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and Ms Better's bitters miraculous foamer.

Coupette, Bethnal Green
Wowing guests since 2017, this London Cocktail Week you can enjoy 2 drinks. Grand Royal Club with Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, Appleton 12 Year Old Reserve Rum, banana & tonka cordial and lime juice. Topped with Lallier Champagne. Or why not try the Margarita vs Paloma Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, coconut tequila, lime juice and sugar syrup. Topped with London Essence Pink Grapefruit soda.

Artesian, Oxford Circus
Found in the iconic Langham Hotel, Artesian serves stunning drinks in both visual appeal and taste, and their 2 Cocktail Week drinks are no exception. Unfamiliar uses Herradura Plata Tequila infused with figs leaves, Chase Original Potato Vodka, Italicus Bergamot Rosalio Liqueur, sugar syrup, maple verjus and water. Whereas Familiar uses Hapusa Gin, sugar syrup, acidic mandarin juice and umeshu. Topped with Moët & Chandon Champagne. Garnished with umeshu plum.

The rum bar sees staff wearing floral shirts whilst mixing up some incredible tiki drinks. This week you’ll be able to try Coco Club, La Hechicera Banana-Infused Columbian Rum, buttered coconut shrub, lime juice, grapefruit and falernum.

His underground hideout is equipped with some of the cocktail world’s very bets drinks. Loophole uses Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, Rittenhouse Rye, Manzana verde, Hidalgo amontillado, Wolfschmidt kummel, homemade apple caramel and lemon juice. Topped with soda.

Sustainable Bar of the Year and number 25 on this year’s list will be serving up 2 drinks, Moro Margarita, Volcan Tequila redistilled with salt preserved blood orange, sugar syrup, citric acid solution and blood orange saline. Brut, Super citrus little mercies gin, clarified lemon, lime lactic cordial, filtered water and Moët & Chandon Champagne.

A tropical escape in Islington, this tiki bar serves exciting drinks with a flair. Breakfast Milk Punch uses Coconut butter washed Bacardi Cuatro Rum, carrot and tangerine marmalade, milk, cornflakes and Martini Rosso. Clarified and served clear. Topped with San Pellegrino Ginger Beer

Home of the Mirror Margarita, this agave bar slings out the best tequila cocktails in Dalston. This week you can enjoy a Jalisco Daisy mixes Patron Silver Tequila, Hacha Sour Mix, salted banana syrup, absinthe and foaming bitters and vegan foaming agent. Hacha Champagne Cocktail uses Volcan Reposado Tequila, demerara syrup and Angostura bitters. Topped with Moët & Chandon Champagne.

Fragola & Black Cardamom Highball with Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon, fragola grape, rosé vermouth, bitters, black cardamom and soda. Or Woj Bomb using Volcan Tequila, unidentifiable tropical fruits and gatorade "Grand Cru".
