The bar takes 13 bottles of spirits, which are used to make a selection of cocktails that are available for 13 weeks.
While the menu changes so frequently, past drinks have included the Heirloom, a gin and tomato infusion with rosato vermouth and amaro; Dead, Dead Tom’s Dead, made with whisky, smoky cherry, pineapple, lime and spiced baked banana; and Peacherine, made with bourbon, peach aperitif, blood orange, lemon, IPA reduction and amaro.
Other drinks have included the Simpatico, featuring Sloe gin; Ceviche Sour, made with tequila and lychee; and the Rally Racer, made with Bourbon.
The bar is a refreshing space to be, featuring wide open spaces and bright, white tiles for the walls and nice light woods for the tables.
The staff exude a cool Edinburgh vibe, but are very approachable and friendly, as well as forthcoming with suggestions and general banter.
