- 2023 Sustainable Bar of the Year Finalist
This 1920s-themed cocktail haven in Birmingham’s first ‘zero waste’ café and bar. It was launched in Digbeth, Birmingham by the owners of the city’s first plastic-free supermarket.
Visitors can pour their own drinks from a wall of wine and fizz refill taps, and the bar also offers sustainable wines, spirits and local beers as well as ‘mindfully crafted cocktails’ which are designed to be more friendly for the environment.
It also sells sweet treats and pastries from independent local businesses and is located in the old flagship Clean Kilo store in Gibb Street.
Plush interiors make you feel at home with comfy seating and neutral tones making for a sophisticated setup.
There’s also an event for every occasion with afternoon teas, cheese and wine tasting and zero waste cocktail masterclasses hosted at the site.
The café-bar is open Wednesdays to Sunday and walk-ins are welcome, but you can also book a table.
