Daisy

Daisy is a neighbourhood cocktail bar and restaurant serving classic and modern cocktails, delicious bar meals, snacks and great brunches.

Situated on Margate’s Cliff Terrace it is the perfect spot away from the sea front but with great views.

The man behind this bar is mixologist Felix Cohen, through his company Manhattans Project, who personally has already been recognised through a raft of awards for his London Hackney bar Every Cloud. He made the decision to move out of London, and after the hit of Covid, opened his new cocktail bar venue in 2022.

The cocktails are inventive and innovative offering fruity drinks and updated classic cocktails using great spirits and as many local ingredients as possible. Cocktails on the menu include Barley Sour made with Chivas 12 and James & The Giant Peach made with mount gay rum, grilled peach syrup & lime.

There's also a new basement bar space open at the weekends.

There is also an innovative delivery service at Daisy which sends mail order cocktails straight through to the customers letter boxes, which can be stored in the freezer.
