This cocktail bar and restaurant is like no other. Take a seat at their ground floor bar and fully immerse yourself in the cocktail making experience. Their signature menu takes you on a journey of flavour with customer favourites such as the Burlesque, a stunningly pink drink which features chase rhubarb vodka, Cointreau, pinot noir reduction, pomegranate, hibiscus foam, fresh citrus, and burlesque bitters.

There’s a range of tantalising non-alcoholic drinks as well for those who still want to experience the theatre without the booze. Perhaps a Lychee Cooler will quench your thirst,  lychee, cranberry, Madagascan vanilla, cardamom, fresh lime, soda.

If you’re feeling peckish, why not travel up to their kitchen and dine on their array of delicious small plates or perhaps even join them for brunch.

The bar focuses on using premium ingredients to craft their menus, as well as using the finest glassware and drinking vessels to serve them in. Sourcing local produce is of the utmost importance and allows them to showcase Herefordshire’s delights.
