- Highest New Entry 2025 sponsored by Courvoisier
Dram is the hottest new hangout in London’s Soho, created by the team behind Milroy's of Soho and Silverleaf Drinks - Chris Tanner, Martyn ‘Simo’ Simpson and Jack Wallis.
These experienced bartenders have caused a stir on Soho’s famous Denmark Street with the launch of this multi-faceted bar, which is set over three floors within a 17th century Grade II Listed building. It boasts two bars, a whisky shop, an outdoor terrace, and a private pool room with a ready-to-drink cocktail vending machine. The entrance opens up to a modern ground-floor bar and the day-to-night space offers coffee and snacks in the morning before transitioning into the bar in the early evening.
Dram has a major focus on innovative cocktails and whisky, with its menus tweaked for different areas of the venue.
For customers who are keen on getting to that cocktail quickly the upstairs bar has a wide range of cocktails on tap. These innovative drinks include Sansho, with black lime, Ramsbury vodka & celery and stone fruit made with skin-contact wine, naturally fermented stone fruit and Campari. It also serves wine, 1936CAN, Guinness, along with picklebacks and radler.
While the downstairs bar also serves cocktails on tap there is a more sophisticated offering with cocktails made to order for that discerning clientele. They can try peach naturally fermented with fino, St Germain, Carpano Bianco Vermouth; the Mango Skin made with cognac, coffee, good cream and Craigellachie13 or rhubarb, with Ocho Blanco Tequila, Good Cream and Woodruff.
The venue also serves a range of food snacks for customers including burrata & basil oil, house pickles and olives and nuts.
